Crown Beach Resort & Spa

Food at the resort was quite good. The buffet on the cultural dance night was excellent. However, the Sunday evening roast that we experienced was not that good. Breakfast buffet included hot food so that was OK. Room was a good size but the villas do need a bit of a face lift. You need to explore other nearby eating places to get variety of food. Staff were very friendly. Lagoon cruise by Koka was very good. Book early as it is popular. Also book the Progressive Dinner night before you arrive as it is extremely popular. Pool and surrounds was very good.

We love staying at the Crown because of the people and the fact that it’s adult only. The staff are exceptional, they are friendly, kind and really make the stay fabulous. We love the atmosphere. It’s not pretentious, we can be ourselves, be relaxed and have a great time.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The resort itself is well set out - some of the pools were empty, due to a dry period and lack of water overall in Rarotonga. We had our own pool which was well used. Made use of the free laundry facilities. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

Hospitality of all staff was exceptionally good. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant service and food was on point. Great value for money!

The rooms are luxurious and as described and the staff go above and beyond to help make your stay comfortable. The location is near a car/scooter rental although far from most things we ended up doing - most things were in Muri beach which is about 25 minutes drive away.
